Jee LLC provides low cost and tailored legal services to in-house counsel, desk attorneys and transaction execution teams at financial institutions and corporations worldwide.

Jee LLC operates on a low-overhead/low fee business model that allows substantial cost savings to be passed on to our clients in the form of reduced fees, without any sacrifice in quality. We ensure the quality and practicality of our advice by limiting the number of clients that we serve, which allows us to maintain a deep understanding of our clients’ businesses.
 
We know from personal experience the competing pressures and priorities of in-house counsel and transaction execution teams in financial institutions and corporations. Our Firm’s intention, through our low-overhead/low-fee model is to enable our clients to outsource transactions, contracts, documentation and legal risk management projects which has not previously been cost effective or practicable, allowing in-house counsel more time to focus on the critical issues and projects that inevitably arise within complex organizations.
